Should you need to cancel we ask that you do so at your earliest convenience. We will call the day before your party to confirm your reservation. You can cancel with no penalty until the unit is delivered. Once the unit is delivered there will be no refunds given. We hold the right to cancel due to severe weather conditions the day of party.
